Voordeel alle aard elektriciteit geldt niet voor uw verwarming
Woont u in een woning die uw vennootschap gratis ter beschikking stelt en betaalt de vennootschap ook de kosten voor verwarming en elektriciteit, dan wordt u daarop privé belast via een voordeel alle aard. Dat voordeel wordt niet berekend op basis van de werkelijke facturen, maar forfaitair vastgesteld.
Die forfaitaire regeling geldt wanneer u gratis woont in een woning waarvan uw vennootschap de volle eigendom, het vruchtgebruik, de erfpacht of het opstalrecht heeft en de contracten voor de nutsvoorzieningen op naam van de vennootschap staan.
Zoals eerder gecommuniceerd bedragen de forfaitaire voordelen alle aard voor inkomstenjaar 2026 € 2.560 voor verwarming (2025: € 2.500) en € 1.280 voor elektriciteit (2025: € 1.250).
Maar wat als u elektrisch verwarmt? Geldt dan slechts één voordeel alle aard? Neen. U wordt ook in dat geval belast op beide forfaitaire voordelen. Het voordeel alle aard voor elektriciteit heeft namelijk enkel betrekking op elektriciteit die wordt gebruikt voor andere doeleinden dan verwarming.
