Verlaagd btw-tarief voor warmtepompen opnieuw van toepassing sinds 01.01.2026
Tot eind 2024 kon het verlaagd btw-tarief van 6% toegepast worden voor de installatie van warmtepompen aan privéwoningen van minder dan 10 jaar oud. Deze regeling is nu opnieuw ingevoerd sinds 01.01.2026 en dit voor een periode van 5 jaar.
Het verlaagde btw-tarief van 6% is opnieuw van toepassing op de levering met plaatsing van warmtepompen aan privéwoningen van minder dan 10 jaar oud en dit van 1 januari 2026 tot en met 31 december 2030.
De warmtepomp moet dienen om de woning te verwarmen en/of om warm sanitair water te voorzien. Warmtepompen die enkel bedoeld zijn om te koelen, vallen dus niet onder deze regeling.
Gaat het om een privéwoning die ouder is dan 10 jaar en voldoet u aan alle voorwaarden, dan valt u niet onder deze regeling, maar blijft u gewoon gebruikmaken van het bestaande renovatietarief van 6% btw.
