De lijst van producten en diensten die in aanmerking komen voor betaling met ecocheques is vastgesteld bij CAO van de Nationale Arbeidsraad (NAR). Deze lijst wordt periodiek aangepast. De laatste aanpassing is gebeurd bij CAO nr. 98/8 van 13.07.2021, die sinds 01.09.2021 van kracht is.
De lijst is opnieuw aangepast bij CAO nr. 98/9 van 21.12.2021 die algemeen verbindend is verklaard bij KB van 15.03.2022 (BS 05.05.2022). De aanpassingen gelden sinds 01.01.2022 en bevatten een volledig nieuwe categorie van producten, nl. de land- en tuinbouwproducten die in de korte keten worden verkocht door houders van de licentie “Recht van bij de boer” en “En direct de la ferme", erkend door de VLAM en APAQ-W.
