Reprobel-aangifte over 2024 uiterlijk 30.04.2025 online indienen
Reprobel is de organisatie die de zgn. reprografievergoeding int, wat een vergoeding is die moet betaald worden voor het maken van fotokopieën van auteursrechtelijk beschermde werken voor intern gebruik.
Elke professionele gebruiker moet die vergoeding betalen wanneer er effectief (digitale) kopieën van auteursrechtelijke beschermende werken, zoals tijdschriften, krantenartikelen worden gemaakt. Voor puur administratieve documenten zoals uw aanslagbiljet, contracten geldt dat niet. De concrete tarieven vindt u hier terug.
Voor een zgn. gecombineerde licentie (pakket digitaal en papier) hangt dit af van uw sector en van uw aantal personeelsleden. De minimumprijs bedraagt net zoals in 2024 € 40 excl. btw. Kiest u voor de beperktere reprografieaangifte voor alléén papieren reproducties, dan betaalt u doorgaans een vergoeding per pagina. U krijgt dan wel geen enkele digitale dekking, wat aanleiding kan geven tot controles en forse sancties van honderden euro’s per inbreuk.
De reprobel-aangifte moet voor refertejaar 2024 uiterlijk 30.04.2025 online ingediend worden. U krijgt onmiddellijk een factuur die u online kan betalen. Uw dossierbeheerder kan u daar uiteraard bij assisteren.
