Kilometervergoeding aftrekbaar voor uw vennootschap?
Uw vennootschap kan aan u als bedrijfsleider een belastingvrije kilometervergoeding toekennen voor de beroepsverplaatsingen die u met uw eigen auto aflegt.
Deze vergoeding bedraagt voor het eerste kwartaal van 2026 € 0,4326 per beroepsmatige kilometer en is voor u als bedrijfsleider belastingvrij.
Aangezien een kilometervergoeding fiscaal wordt gezien als een autokost, is ze voor uw vennootschap niet altijd volledig aftrekbaar. Verplaatst u zich met een volledig elektrische auto, dan is deze kilometervergoeding in principe wel volledig aftrekbaar. Gebruikt u een niet‑elektrische auto, dan hangt de aftrek af van het moment waarop u de auto heeft aangeschaft:
auto aangeschaft tussen 1 juli 2023 en 31 december 2025: de kilometervergoeding is in 2026 nog voor maximaal 50% aftrekbaar;
auto aangeschaft in 2026: de kilometervergoeding is in 2026 niet aftrekbaar.
