Btw-klantenlisting en vrijstellingsregeling voor kleine ondernemingen: deadline verschoven van 31 maart 2026 naar 30 april 2026
Zoals eerder gecommuniceerd moeten kleine ondernemingen die onder de btw-vrijstellingsregeling vallen, voortaan een klantenlisting indienen, ook als het om een nihillisting (u heeft geen enkele klant die in de listing vermeld moet worden) gaat. Vanaf nu moeten zij via die jaarlijkse klantenlisting ook hun totale jaaromzet doorgeven.
Concreet moeten deze kleine ondernemingen die de btw-vrijstellingsregeling genieten uiterlijk op 31 maart van het volgende jaar hun totale jaaromzet meedelen aan de administratie via hun jaarlijkse klantenlisting. Het gaat om het totale bedrag van alle leveringen van goederen en/of diensten die zij in België hebben verricht tijdens het vorige kalenderjaar, of om ‘0’ als er in die periode geen leveringen of diensten zijn geweest.
Aangezien dit een nieuwe verplichting is voor bepaalde ondernemingen, krijgen zij uitzonderlijk één maand extra tijd, nl. tot 30 april 2026 (i.p.v. 31 maart 2026), om hun jaarlijkse nihilklantenlisting in te dienen, waarin voortaan ook hun omzetcijfer van 2025 moet vermeld worden.
