Boete laattijdige neerlegging jaarrekening geïndexeerd sinds 01.01.2025
De jaarrekening van een vennootschap moet in principe neergelegd zijn binnen de 30 dagen na de jaarvergadering en op zijn laatst zeven maanden na de afsluitingsdatum van het boekjaar.
Voor een boekjaar dat afsluit op 31 december 2024 moet uw jaarrekening uiterlijk 31 juli 2025 neergelegd zijn. Wordt de jaarrekening neergelegd in de achtste maand, dan ontsnapt u nog aan de tarieftoeslag maar vanaf de negende maand niet meer.
Lange tijd is die boete ongewijzigd gebleven, maar een wet van 2024 bepaalt dat vanaf 2025 het bedrag van de boete jaarlijks geïndexeerd wordt. Concreet betekent dit voor kleine en microvennootschappen een stijging van 23,4%:
